About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time Tamheer position within its Transformation Management Office (TMO). Based in Jiddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, this role is designed to support critical transformation initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic oversight and operational execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with Bupa Arabia's objectives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Transformation Management Office in monitoring and coordinating various transformation initiatives. This involves maintaining project updates, supporting reporting mechanisms, and contributing to governance and change management activities. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth progression and successful implementation of organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the tracking of initiative progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
• Assist initiative owners in providing status updates and maintaining action trackers.
• Support the maintenance of TMO documentation, templates, and handbook practices.
• Assist in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities related to transformation initiatives.
• Support the coordination of activities and dependencies across various initiatives.
• Assist in tracking issues and escalating roadblocks to the TMO team when necessary.
• Follow established processes for initiative planning, execution, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of transformation activities.
• Support the tracking and reporting of initiative benefits and performance metrics.
• Assist in monitoring progress against defined objectives and outcomes.
• Help maintain accurate records of transformation progress and impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
