About the Role

eXtra is seeking a Team Leader - Ops for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role is central to supporting store performance by driving sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated sales team. The Team Leader will contribute to achieving departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining operational standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee daily operations within the store, focusing on sales generation and customer experience. The Team Leader will also be responsible for developing the capabilities of the sales staff, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet business objectives and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer focus to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead and support team development, enhancing staff capabilities and motivation.
• Drive the sales of products & services to achieve departmental targets.
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure attractive and effective product displays.
• Ensure adherence to safety & security protocols within the store.
• Manage inventory effectively to optimize stock levels and availability.
