About the Technical Program Delivery Officer Role

Jeddah Transport Company (JTC) is seeking a Technical Program Delivery Officer to provide essential day-to-day administrative and technical support to the Integrated Engineering & Technical Program Delivery team. This full-time position, based in Jeddah and Makkah within the Makkah region, will contribute to the successful execution of JTC's multimodal transport infrastructure projects by assisting with documentation, design coordination, project tracking, and basic technical reviews under the guidance of senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including drawings registers, design submissions, technical queries (TQs), and requests for information (RFIs), ensuring all records are organized and current.
• Support the coordination of design review meetings by scheduling, preparing necessary materials, and accurately capturing meeting minutes and action items.
• Help track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, updating progress trackers and dashboards as directed by senior team members.
• Provide support for site visits and inspections, including note-taking, photo documentation, and follow-up on identified observations and action items.
• Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Director and senior management.
• Maintain risk, issue, and action logs, ensuring accurate recording of entries and effective communication of follow-ups to relevant team members.
• Support the collection and filing of technical documents, specifications, and compliance records to ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate routine project communications between internal teams, consultants, and contractors, escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Assist with basic technical reviews of submissions and drawings under the supervision of senior engineers, identifying and flagging obvious discrepancies for further review.
• Provide general administrative support to the Technical Program Delivery team, including document control, correspondence tracking, and meeting logistics.
