About the Transformation Management Office Internship

Bupa Arabia is offering an internship opportunity within its Transformation Management Office (TMO) team, based in Jeddah. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical exposure to strategic transformation initiatives within a leading organization.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this internship is to support the Transformation Management Office in the effective monitoring and coordination of various transformation initiatives. The intern will assist with maintaining project updates, contributing to reporting, governance, and change management activities to ensure smooth execution and progress tracking across Bupa Arabia's strategic projects.

Governance and Oversight Support

Support the tracking of initiative progress through KPIs and dashboards.
Assist initiative owners in providing status updates and maintaining action trackers.
Contribute to the maintenance of TMO documentation, templates, and handbook practices.

Execution and Change Enablement

Assist in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities related to transformation initiatives.
Support the coordination of activities and dependencies across initiatives.
Assist in tracking issues and escalating roadblocks to the TMO team when required.
Follow established processes for initiative planning, execution, and reporting.

Value Realization and Reporting

Help prepare dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of transformation activities.
Support the tracking and reporting of initiative benefits and performance metrics.
Assist in monitoring progress against defined objectives and outcomes.
Help maintain accurate records of transformation progress and impact.
