Role Purpose

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for managing a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective is to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products to meet internal customer requirements. This involves operating within defined management performance parameters and ensuring adherence to specified Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards.
