The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team focused on the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional team in poultry intake and processing operations.
• Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products to meet internal customer requirements.
• Adhere to management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance.
• Target specific product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality standards.
