Role Overview

The Team Manager (Poultry) will be responsible for overseeing a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient intake of poultry and the subsequent processing of specified poultry products within the facility. This position is crucial for meeting internal customer requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
• Oversee the efficient intake of poultry into the processing facility.
• Direct and monitor the processing of specified poultry products according to production plans.

Performance and Quality Assurance

• Strictly adhere to all defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience
