About the Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Manager (Poultry) to join our operations in Hail. This full-time role, identified as Job ID 88920, offers an opportunity for professionals with 0-1 years of experience to lead a multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of poultry products.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage a self-directing team to ensure that all processed poultry products consistently meet internal customer requirements. This involves operating within defined management performance parameters, including achieving high efficiencies, minimizing loss-in-process, and maintaining a record of zero non-conformance. The Team Manager is also responsible for upholding strict adherence to all Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing unit.
Oversee the efficient intake and processing of specified poultry products.
Ensure that all processed products meet established internal customer requirements.
Monitor and manage team performance against defined parameters, including operational efficiencies and loss-in-process targets.
Implement and enforce measures to achieve zero non-conformance in product quality.
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.
