About the Role

Work Gateway is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale civil projects in Ha'il. This full-time position requires a Saudi National by law and involves overseeing projects from initiation to handover, ensuring successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale civil projects from initiation to handover.
Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government authorities.
Monitor project performance, risks, variations, and reporting activities.
Drive site progress while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across construction and technical functions.
Ensure successful delivery in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience.
Excellent knowledge of project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting systems.
