The Opportunity

An aggressive expansion program, coupled with strategic acquisitions in new vertical markets, has created an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans. This full-time role is based in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for managing self-directing, multi-functional teams to efficiently process and pack poultry products. This role ensures that internal customer order requirements are met within established management performance parameters, while adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards. The manager will also ensure all poultry products are packed to fulfill internal customer service requirements, meet agreed quality specifications and cost parameters, and that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality: Optimize product quality to ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Service: Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and to the right specification.
• Cost: Optimize product yield and minimize wastage, along with plant utilization, to maximize the contribution to the profitability of the operation.
• Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety on-the-job training is conducted for staff to guarantee all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
• Manpower Planning: Direct, manage, and control required manpower and resources efficiently to achieve production targets and motivate the workforce to meet future business challenges.
• Staff Development: Identify, plan, and implement requisite staff development initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably within the food and beverage or poultry processing industry.
