The Senior Team Manager Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves managing a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake of birds and processing of poultry products. The Senior Team Manager ensures that internal customer requirements are consistently met within established management performance parameters, adhering strictly to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in bird intake and poultry product processing.
• Ensure all internal customer requirements are fulfilled according to management performance parameters.
• Uphold defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards throughout the production process.
• Develop and finalize production and maintenance plans in collaboration with production management teams.
• Maintain a safe working environment and actively work to minimize workplace accidents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the poultry or food industry.
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume operational environment.
• Exposure to automated process control and production systems.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven ability to manage and develop a multinational and multicultural workforce, fostering a positive team environment and boosting output levels.
• Knowledge of implementing international quality standards.
• Ability to propose plant modifications and process optimization to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Co-operative approach when interacting with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
