About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join its team in Ras Tannurah, Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring efficient administrative and clerical support to warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth flow of goods and accurate record-keeping.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Administrative Clerk plays a central role in maintaining accurate documentation, managing inventory records, and facilitating data entry and reporting. This position requires coordination between various teams, including warehouse, transport, procurement, and customer service, to support overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions within the ERP/WMS system.
  • Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery notes, transfer documents, and issue vouchers.
  • Verify and file all warehouse documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the maintenance of warehouse databases and records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
  • Manage both electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence and communication related to warehouse activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments.
  • Support the scheduling of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Assist in resolving documentation issues pertaining to receiving and dispatch operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with ERP/WMS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Proficiency in standard office software.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Ras Tannurah, Eastern region. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting critical operational functions.
