Role Summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (Industrial Development) to lead a significant automotive industrial development project. This full-time position is based in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves providing overall governance across multiple construction sites and project disciplines.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the overall delivery across multiple concurrent construction sites.
• Direct and coordinate site construction managers and engineers.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines.
• Manage relationships with consultants and main contractors.
• Lead progress reporting to senior management.
• Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.

Operational Management and Interfaces

• Coordinate with planning, MEP, HSE, quality, and commercial teams.
• Review critical-path and lookahead programmes.
• Coordinate industrial-equipment logistics and delivery sequencing.
• Oversee laydown, traffic-management, and logistics strategies.
• Manage interfaces with production and industrialisation teams.
• Ensure coordination of temporary and permanent power, chilled water, gas, and other utility requirements.

Project Governance and Controls

• Provide governance over lifting, working-at-height, and other high-risk activities.
• Review commercial and contractual matters affecting construction.
• Ensure construction completion and operational readiness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale industrial or automotive construction developments. A proven track record in leading complex multi-site projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups is essential for this role.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated presence on-site to effectively manage and coordinate project activities within the industrial development.
