About the Role

AlBalad AlAmeen for Development and Urban Regeneration is seeking an Employee Experience and Development Specialist to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant urban development initiatives within the Holy City.

Role Overview

The Employee Experience and Development Specialist will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee journey throughout their tenure with the company. This involves contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the work environment, fostering organizational culture, and increasing employee satisfaction and engagement. The role requires a proactive approach to analyzing employee needs and proposing data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of the employee journey from recruitment through to the end of employment.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee journey improvement initiatives with relevant departments.
  • Analyze employee needs and propose initiatives to enhance the work environment.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the employee onboarding program.
  • Participate in the implementation of initiatives to strengthen organizational and institutional culture.
  • Ensure the full implementation of the employee journey improvement plan.
  • Implement initiatives to raise employee job satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in implementing programs to enhance employee job engagement.
  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of employee retention programs.
  • Follow up on initiatives related to the quality of work life.
  • Coordinate with departments to address challenges impacting the employee journey.
  • Analyze the employee journey based on employee experience.
  • Propose development initiatives to improve the work environment.
  • Participate in development projects and continuous organizational improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a related field. The role requires the ability to:

  • Collect and analyze human resources data periodically.
  • Prepare dashboards to visualize human resources data.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction and engagement results to derive recommendations.
  • Prepare analytical reports for management, including trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of human resources data.
  • Support management in making data-driven decisions.

Technical Skills Required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Ability to prepare and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Skills in preparing reports and data sheets.
  • Data analysis using various analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL language.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
