About the Role

Rasan Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-rise tower project in Makkah. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to oversee all project phases from inception to completion.

Project Oversight and Management

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the project, ensuring the achievement of its strategic objectives. This includes meticulous management of financial and budgetary aspects to ensure optimal resource utilization. The role involves overseeing the project team, including technical and consulting staff, and ensuring adherence to all quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project through all its phases to achieve strategic goals.
• Manage financial and budgetary aspects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Oversee project execution and related technical and consulting teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project risks and technical challenges, making informed decisions.
• Prepare daily performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, specifically in building projects.
• Extensive experience in managing and executing high-rise tower projects.
• Comprehensive experience in project management from foundation to final completion.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• PMP certification is considered a competitive advantage.
