About the Role

DNC Group (ظل النخيل للمقاولات) is seeking an experienced Indoor Plant Production Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing the production and maintenance of indoor plants within the framework of the Makkah Municipality Nurseries and Glass Greenhouses Maintenance Project in Jeddah Governorate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor indoor plant production processes and supervise their growth stages.
• Oversee plant quality, ensuring their health and freedom from pests.
• Supervise irrigation and fertilization activities, providing optimal conditions for plant growth.
• Manage the workforce and organize daily production tasks.
• Prepare periodic reports on production and technical observations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in indoor plant production or nursery operations.
• Proficiency in plant care, irrigation, and fertilization techniques.
• Ability to monitor field operations and prepare comprehensive reports.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically within Jeddah and Makkah. The role is integral to the maintenance project for municipal nurseries and glass greenhouses.
