Assistant Chief Concierge

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge for its team in Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing concierge desk operations, managing VIP services, and coordinating special requests across departments. The Assistant Chief Concierge ensures the concierge team maintains high standards of service and professionalism, delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information and arrange services for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, and floral delivery.
• Manage guest communications, including receiving and delivering messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for VIP guests.
• Share marketing materials and encourage the use of hotel services and programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in a concierge or guest service role, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train and motivate staff.
• In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, events, and activities in Makkah.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations and guest requests effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
