Match is seeking a Demand Planning Coordinator to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, offering an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the company's supply chain operations.

Role Overview

The Demand Planning Coordinator will provide essential support to the demand planning and supply chain team. This role is central to preparing accurate demand forecasts, diligently monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring consistent product availability. The coordinator will work collaboratively with various departments, including Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics, to support effective demand planning and inventory management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation and maintenance of demand forecasts by utilizing historical sales data, market trends, and input from the Sales team.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential stock shortages or instances of excess inventory.
Support the preparation and distribution of comprehensive demand planning and inventory reports.
Assist in analyzing sales trends, customer demand patterns, and overall product performance.
Support the identification of demand and inventory risks, and assist in proposing appropriate solutions to mitigate these risks.
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams to support timely stock replenishment processes.
Assist in coordinating with Production and other relevant departments to ensure consistent product availability.
Support the incorporation of information related to promotions, new product launches, and market changes into demand forecasts.
Maintain accurate planning data and ensure the integrity of all related reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning and broader supply chain functions.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for the Demand Planning Coordinator position must have 0-1 years of professional experience. Candidates should demonstrate a foundational understanding of supply chain principles and a proactive approach to learning and contributing to demand planning processes.

This is a full-time role, requiring presence in Jeddah and Makkah. The position involves working as part of a collaborative team dedicated to optimizing supply chain efficiency.
