The Role: Guest Experience Expert

Courtyard by Marriott in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its full-time team. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and requires 0-1 years of experience. The primary objective is to deliver memorable and unique experiences, guiding guests throughout their entire stay from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of services to guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.

Guest Experience Experts are expected to maintain a safe workplace and be actively engaged, which includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The role involves a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
