Role Overview

The Housekeeping Coordinator, referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions across the entire hotel. This role involves ensuring that all spaces contribute to a positive guest experience through meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Stocking carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
Performing other similar duties to ensure hotel spaces enhance the guest experience.

Requirements and Expectations

Ensuring a safe workplace for all.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining confidentiality regarding guest and company information.
Upholding high-quality standards in all tasks.
Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Demands

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Housekeeping Coordinator will take a hands-on approach, involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. The ability to perform these tasks effectively is essential for success in this position.
