The Role of Receptionist

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position located at Ideal Clinics in Jeddah. The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk operations and ensuring a smooth flow of communication and patient services within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and visitors upon arrival.
Managing incoming telephone calls.
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Directing individuals to the appropriate departments or medical professionals.
Handling patient registration procedures.
Maintaining accurate front desk records.
Assisting with various basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Responding to patient inquiries professionally.
Coordinating effectively with both medical and administrative staff.
Contributing to the maintenance of a welcoming and orderly reception area.

Work Environment

This role operates on a full-time basis, requiring daily presence at the Ideal Clinics facility in Jeddah. The Receptionist will work within a healthcare setting, interacting directly with patients, visitors, and clinic staff.
