About the Role

Taj HR is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Jeddah, specializing in spices and seasonings. This full-time, office-based position is critical for ensuring smooth commercial operations and optimizing product performance within the market.

Role Purpose

The Sales Operations Specialist acts as a central point of contact, bridging communication and operational gaps between sales representatives, suppliers, and clients. The primary focus is to ensure optimal product positioning, effective pricing strategies, and compliance with market standards, contributing directly to profitability and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between field sales representatives, suppliers, and customers to facilitate efficient commercial operations.
• Monitor product availability in the market and oversee product display and merchandising standards through analysis of sales reports.
• Analyze market pricing trends, evaluate product performance, and generate regular sales reports to inform profitability optimization strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of trade promotions, discounts, and campaigns, assessing their impact on sales volume.
• Maintain accurate databases, track supplier orders, and ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales operations, product coordination, or a similar analytical role within a commercial environment.
