About the Role

Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel is seeking a Senior Laundry Attendant to join the Laundry team. This full-time position is based in Makkah and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves managing complex laundry tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex laundry tasks, including delicate fabrics and special treatments, to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
Operate and maintain laundry equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and report issues promptly.
Assist Team Leads in monitoring workflow and ensuring the timely completion of laundry operations.
Conduct quality checks on laundered items, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards before delivery.
Support inventory control by tracking linen and uniform usage and reporting shortages.
Train and guide new laundry attendants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance.
