Abunayyan Holding is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving sales effectiveness, pre-sales activities, and business development within the assigned region. The Senior Sales Engineer will leverage technical expertise combined with advanced commercial skills to identify client requirements, deliver technical solutions, prepare proposals, build strong industry relationships, and achieve regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales activities and technical consultations with contractors, consultants, and end-users to specify company products.
• Study technical drawings and specifications, select appropriate hardware configurations, perform sizing, and calculate cost estimates.
• Gather all necessary technical inputs and documentation from clients to prepare accurate quotations.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, following up regularly with prospective clients.
• Negotiate technical specifications and commercial terms to finalize purchase orders and contracts.
• Work to secure formal approvals on proposals from end-users, consultants, and main contractors.
• Achieve annual sales targets, agreed gross profit margins, and sales KPIs as established by management.
• Participate in developing and executing regional sales and marketing plans.
• Introduce, propose, and secure approvals for new product lines in the assigned market.
• Continuously identify new market opportunities, industrial projects, and prospective key accounts.
• Conduct regular site and client visits to contractors, consultants, and end-users to strengthen commercial relationships.
• Provide post-sales technical assistance, track ongoing order fulfillment, and resolve client concerns.
• Build and update a centralized client and project database on a daily basis.
• Organize and deliver technical presentations and seminars for clients, contractors, and engineering consultants.
• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the direct manager regarding pipeline, visit outcomes, and quote statuses.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of successful experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or business development in a related technical industry.
