About the Opportunity

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee Business Analyst to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in business analysis and contribute to various projects within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the team by learning and executing assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality documentation. The Trainee Business Analyst will also assist in diverse areas beyond core responsibilities, contributing to overall team objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Excel trackers for small projects, ensuring accurate data management.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports across various project and business analysis functions.
• Assist in gathering and documenting technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Ensure all business documents are properly signed off and approved by the relevant business owner, typically the Direct Manager.
• Support the development of dashboards using Power BI.
• Understand dashboard logic and enhance functionalities as directed.
• Provide general assistance to the team in different areas as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and methodologies.
• Ability to create and manage trackers, preferably with proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with reporting processes and data presentation.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, including requirements gathering and BRD creation.
• Capability to develop dashboards, ideally with exposure to Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
