About Alesayi Electronics and the Role

Alesayi Electronics is seeking an experienced Application / Consultant Engineer HVAC to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and focuses on supporting the specification and application of advanced HVAC solutions within the market.

Role Overview

The Application / Consultant Engineer serves as the primary technical interface between Alesayi Electronics' HVAC products and the market. This position involves close collaboration with consultants, developers, contractors, and the internal sales team to ensure HVAC solutions, including VRF and Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) systems, are accurately specified into projects and receive comprehensive technical support throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical specification and application of VRF and CAC systems across various projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and contractors to secure product specification.
• Prepare technical proposals, product selections, and system design recommendations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance from the design stage through to project completion.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert specifications into successful project wins.
• Deliver product presentations, technical training, and site support as required.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC application or consultancy, ideally with VRF and CAC systems.
• Solid understanding of HVAC design principles and specification processes.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
