About the Role: Architectural and Electrical Foreman

Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Co., a family-owned company founded in 1972 specializing in real estate investments and developments, is seeking an Architectural and Electrical Foreman. This role will oversee finishing or electrical works within a residential project in Jeddah and Makkah Region, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols. The position is full-time and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Project Context

This position is for a residential project managed by Asalah Residence Company, a subsidiary of Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Co. The company's expertise spans real estate investments, developments, master planning, land scouting, construction management, and the design of commercial and residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site works, focusing on either finishing or electrical tasks based on specialization.
• Ensure all work performed strictly complies with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress on a daily basis and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and other project teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality of work and promptly address any identified issues.
• Enforce all relevant safety standards and regulations on the construction site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in construction projects, with a preference for residential developments.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
