About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director (Hospitality) to lead strategic growth initiatives for a well-established organization operating in the Hospitality Sectors. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with a strong network within the Saudi market and a proven track record in business development, partnerships, and investment opportunities.

Role Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable growth by identifying and executing high-value projects. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies, fostering key relationships, and achieving significant revenue growth targets within the Saudi hospitality and real estate landscape.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion plans and business initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial proposals.
• Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Achieve annual business development and revenue growth targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the hospitality and/or real estate industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market, hospitality sector, and investment landscape.
• Established network with developers, investors, hospitality operators, and government authorities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitality developers, hotel operators, or mixed-use real estate projects.
• Knowledge of PPP projects, investment structuring, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in business expansion, acquisitions, or large-scale development projects.
