About the Role
An Independent Insurance Broker in the KSA is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive company growth and market expansion. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Role Purpose and Strategy
The Business Development Representative will be instrumental in achieving the company's growth and expansion objectives. This involves in-depth market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating strategic relationships with clients and partners. The role requires developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to enhance the company's market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market studies to analyze trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Developing marketing and sales strategies to increase the company's market share.
- Building and enhancing relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners.
- Managing and developing strategic partnerships to achieve shared objectives.
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities and working towards converting them into successful contracts and projects.
- Coordinating negotiation and sales processes to meet financial and business objectives.
- Overseeing the company's development and expansion initiatives, including strategic planning and ensuring effective execution.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular performance reports to senior management.
- Utilizing data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Evaluating business performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and proposing necessary improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and business partners and achieving sales targets.
- A deep understanding of marketing principles, business development, and strategic partnership management.
- Knowledge of relevant industries, market analysis, and economic trends.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah and Makkah. The role is with an Independent Insurance Broker.
