This full-time Production Officer role supports the company's operational growth and is based in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.

Role Summary

The Production Officer leads a self-directed, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient processing and packing of seafood products, including shrimp, salmon, and multi-species fish. This role ensures adherence to company specifications, production targets, and food safety standards, while maintaining product quality, yield, and operational efficiency within established management parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate team members to achieve daily seafood production targets, ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to employees, focusing on safe, efficient task performance and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety requirements.
• Oversee all seafood processing activities, including cutting, trimming, glazing, grading, and packing, to meet yield and quality targets.
• Review production plans in collaboration with the Planning Department to ensure product availability according to schedules.
• Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring timely delivery of products that meet specified requirements.
• Ensure all seafood products consistently meet company quality and safety standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the food and beverage industry or seafood processing.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to Almarai's growth plans. The role will be based in one of Almarai's operational locations in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.
