The QSHE Coordinator Role

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is central to ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the region. The role focuses on satisfying consumer and customer needs through the diligent implementation of established QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Management System to meet and exceed customer and consumer expectations.
  • Support the identification of business risks and the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize potential serious threats to business operations.
  • Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend suitable corrective actions.
  • Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
  • Deliver regional technical training to all functional staff regarding QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in a Quality, Safety, Health, or Environment role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, where the QSHE Coordinator will contribute to regional operational excellence.
