Role Overview: Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage communication channels and support departmental operations. This full-time position (Job ID: 89482) is available in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh, and is integral to ensuring smooth internal and external communication flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls promptly.
Communicate messages and calls to the respective departments efficiently.
Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
Inform the Shift Manager of any issues or concerns relevant to the department.
