About the Role

My Clinic KSA, a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Center of Excellence Doctor (GP) to join its team. Founded in 2017, My Clinic KSA is dedicated to helping individuals live longer, healthier, and happier lives through innovation and a commitment to care, collaboration, ambition, and responsibility. This full-time position is based in Makkah, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Center of Excellence Doctor (GP) will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. This includes promoting preventive health measures, managing chronic conditions, enhancing patient education and self-management, and fostering collaborative care within multi-disciplinary teams. The role aims to improve patient satisfaction and engagement by focusing on measurable health outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing, to evaluate patients' health status and diagnose medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning based on clinical findings and evidence-based guidelines.
• Manage the healthcare of patients with chronic medical conditions through ongoing monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counseling.
• Emphasize prevention and conduct screening tests for individuals at risk of developing disease, and manage families seeking early prevention and screening.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in medical records, including patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, treatment plans, progress notes, and referral assessment forms.
• Serve as the immediate point of contact and care navigator for patients.
• Educate patients on disease management, including self-management, healthy habits, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence, and advise on preventing disease complications.
• Regularly monitor and follow up with assigned patient groups, assess treatment response, and adjust care plans under supervision.
• Achieve specific outcome measures within the Center of Excellence (COE) group, meeting outlined targets.
• Support the development of new COE programs by documenting processes and procedures.
• Assist in business development and promotion of patient volume across all COE initiatives.
• Engage in continuous medical education to stay updated with the latest research, guidelines, and treatment options.
• Perform other professional duties as requested by the line manager.
