The position is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will lead all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring high standards of safety, customer satisfaction, and strict compliance with transportation regulations. This role requires a visionary leader capable of defining and executing long-term business plans while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's vision, strategy, and long-term business plan.
• Lead all transportation, logistics, fleet, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Drive business growth through new customers, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, investments, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and government regulations.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
• Represent the company with customers, regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation, fleet optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 15+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• 8+ years in senior leadership or executive management positions.
• Proven experience managing large transportation networks, fleets, or logistics operations.
• Strong commercial, financial, and operational leadership background.

Work Environment

This is a full-time executive position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves leading a dynamic team within a fast-paced and regulated industry.
