About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is recruiting on behalf of its client, a prominent company within the Human Resources sector, for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for guiding the company's strategic direction, fostering business growth, improving operational performance, and reinforcing its standing within the human resources industry. This leadership position is critical to the organization's sustained success and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plans.
Lead and oversee all business operations to ensure consistent performance and profitability.
Drive initiatives for revenue growth, business expansion, and market penetration.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Ensure effective corporate governance and adherence to relevant regulations.
Lead organizational development efforts and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.
Represent the company at industry events, strategic meetings, and business forums.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including substantial experience in executive leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience within the Human Resources, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or related sectors.
A strong track record in driving business growth, profitability, and organizational transformation.
A solid understanding of the Saudi labor market and the HR services industry.
