About the Role

EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting civil construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical documents.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and approved schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Oversee quantity surveying, material verification, and site inspections.
Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
Support project documentation and close-out activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience in contracting or construction projects is preferred.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and structural engineering.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of quality control (QA/QC) and construction safety standards.
Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in daily work.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
