About the Role

Bayut KSA - بيوت السعودية, a prominent property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Field Sales Consultant - Classifieds. This full-time position is based in Makkah, Makkah Province, and involves driving the sales cycle and supporting clients with advertising solutions. The role requires an experienced professional to engage with clients directly in the market.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for conducting daily calls and meetings within the market. A core aspect of this role is to adopt a consultative approach, guiding clients to make informed decisions that align with their business needs and contribute to achieving their objectives. This involves understanding client requirements and proposing suitable advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through initial customer engagement to closing sales.
  • Conduct consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
  • Educate customers on how to align their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects to support long-term growth.
  • Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and developing relevant campaigns to maximize their returns.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and establish appropriate data-backed expectations.
  • Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests.
  • Draft and deliver proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Report on sales activity, including daily visit reports, and provide market intelligence.
  • Act as a positive representative of Bayut KSA and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid and current Driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated sales experience within the internet advertising industry.
  • Basic understanding of CRM system operations.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions via video conference or in-person.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including understanding client objectives, structuring their needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Analytical skills for assessing market data and client performance.
  • Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and contribute positively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, organizational skills, responsibility, and strong teamwork capabilities.
