This full-time role is for a professional with 5-10 years of experience, who is committed to delivering high levels of customer service and providing effective solutions for guests.

Core Operational Responsibilities

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, with a primary focus on the reception area. This includes ensuring that all end-of-day procedures and subsequent reports are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining operational integrity and smooth workflow.

Guest Satisfaction and Revenue Generation

• Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences regarding hotel services, initiating action to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure maximum room revenue through up-selling within stipulated guidelines, optimizing room inventory sales while controlling availability during high occupancy periods.
• Actively promote and sell the company's loyalty program, Food & Beverage events/in-house facilities, and hotel/company partners.

Financial Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all accounting and auditing practices align with company policies and governmental requirements.
• Review audits and registration cards before submission to the accounts department.

Team Leadership and Development

A key aspect of this role involves leading and coaching the Front Office team. The manager will guide colleagues towards achieving the highest level of guest service and satisfaction, ensuring consistent application of all corporate and property standards and policies.
