About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team in Makkah. The Guest Service Agent serves as a primary point of contact, managing check-in and check-out processes while providing comprehensive support throughout the guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and efficiently complete the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and coordinating welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures by accurately verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and utilizing the point-of-sale system.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, and promotions, to assist with guest inquiries.
• Offer information regarding local area attractions and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency, ensuring effective management of all communications.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
