Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional hospitality environment.

The Role of Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to guests. This role is central to ensuring that each guest's stay is a positive and memorable experience through efficient and welcoming front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
Provide a warm welcome and manage guest check-ins in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Process check-outs for departing guests, adhering to hotel standards.
Sell rooms to walk-in guests and address all proactive and day-to-day facilities issues.
Manage cash inventory, including cashing cheques and bills of exchange in foreign currencies for hotel guests, strictly following the credit policy.
Cooperate effectively with colleagues from all departments, particularly Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservation.
Ensure the Guest Service Desk is consistently manned, operationally prepared, and adequately stocked to serve as a primary point of contact for guests.
Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no personal details are disclosed.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards, and possess full knowledge of the hotel facilities and current happenings.
