Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional hospitality environment.

The Role of Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to guests. This role is central to ensuring that each guest's stay is a positive and memorable experience through efficient and welcoming front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
• Provide a warm welcome and manage guest check-ins in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Process check-outs for departing guests, adhering to hotel standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests and address all proactive and day-to-day facilities issues.
• Manage cash inventory, including cashing cheques and bills of exchange in foreign currencies for hotel guests, strictly following the credit policy.
• Cooperate effectively with colleagues from all departments, particularly Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservation.
• Ensure the Guest Service Desk is consistently manned, operationally prepared, and adequately stocked to serve as a primary point of contact for guests.
• Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no personal details are disclosed.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures, and service standards, and possess full knowledge of the hotel facilities and current happenings.

Candidate Profile
