As digital commerce continues to reshape consumer shopping behaviors, the company is seeking a Head of E-commerce to lead its next phase of growth. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Head of E-commerce will be instrumental in defining the digital commerce strategy and driving one of the company's fastest-growing channels. This role involves influencing business decisions at the highest level and leading initiatives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth within the digital landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall digital commerce strategy for the business.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with major online retailers and marketplaces across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering consistent, profitable growth.
• Balance retailer partnerships, category growth, investment strategies, profitability targets, and shopper experience to achieve strong business outcomes.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles. The position requires a proven ability to combine commercial acumen with digital expertise, demonstrating a track record of driving growth in a competitive market.

Work Environment
