About the Role

Plaza Premium Group, established in Hong Kong in 1998, is a global leader in airport hospitality, operating over 200 locations across more than 60 international airports. As the company continues its expansion in King Abdulaziz International Airport Jeddah, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is central to managing the full spectrum of HR operations, partnering with business leaders and regional HR teams to build a robust people function that supports our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations in Jeddah, ensuring efficient and professional HR service delivery.
• Partner with local and regional business leaders as an HR Business Partner and subject matter expert.
• Support operational growth and expansion through effective workforce planning, talent management, and HR strategy.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to assess business requirements and recruit suitable talent.
• Coordinate payroll, employee absence, and holiday records, ensuring accurate and timely HR administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations, ensuring appropriate follow-up and implementation of outcomes.
• Manage disciplinary and termination processes in line with company policy and Saudi labor regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key government and external stakeholders, including MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Jawazat, Tamheer, and Hadaf.
• Work with Legal, Licensing, and Government Relations teams to ensure compliance with local employment and licensing requirements.
• Monitor and advise the business on Saudization, Nitaqat, block visa requirements, and other KSA workforce regulations.
• Respond to urgent HR matters and emergency situations involving employees or relevant government authorities as required.
• Localize global and regional HR standards, policies, and procedures for effective implementation in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify employee development and training needs, partnering with Regional/HQ Learning & Development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.
• Identify current and future talent requirements, acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team.
• Support regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide regular HR reporting, insights, and recommendations to the Regional HR leadership team.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and effective collaboration across a multicultural workforce.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the HR function and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations.
• Undertake other HR initiatives and responsibilities as directed by Regional HR.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of solid HR experience, preferably within a sizable organization.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in an airport, aviation, travel, or service environment, is highly desirable.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment law, HR practices, and government regulations.
• Good understanding of MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Saudization/Nitaqat, Tamheer, Hadaf, Jawazat, and immigration processes.
• Strong understanding of regional HR practices and the Saudi employment market.
• Experience managing a multicultural workforce and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic HR Business Partner while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations.
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective and collaborative teams.
