About the Hydraulics Service Engineer Role

The Hydraulics Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems at customer sites. The primary objective is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of these systems for clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting field service visits to customer locations.
• Diagnosing technical issues within hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Performing both corrective and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Providing technical support and recommendations to customers.
• Preparing detailed service reports for documentation.
• Coordinating effectively with the internal service team.
• Communicating clearly with clients to explain findings, proposed solutions, and best practices.
• Ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all serviced hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Working closely with sales and engineering teams to support project execution.
• Maintaining high service quality standards in all interactions and tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Field Service experience, including on-site inspections, commissioning, and customer visits.
• Maintenance & Repair skills for pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, related hydraulic components, and Power Packs.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• A Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic schematics, fluid power systems, and relevant tools and test equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites within the region are required.
• Previous experience in hydraulic service, maintenance, or industrial equipment support in KSA or GCC is an advantage.

This is an on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, requiring travel to customer sites within the region.
