About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Lease Portfolio Manager. Real Estate Leasing to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is central to managing the company’s extensive real estate lease portfolio across the region.

Role Overview

The Lease Portfolio Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all company lease agreements. This includes ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations, while actively cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with landlords. The role is critical for supporting contractual, financial, and governance compliance throughout the lease lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recurring workload associated with primary lease renewals, amendments, and contractual terminations.
• Coordinate all internal department requests that necessitate landlord approvals, such as signage, utility modifications, and permits.
• Maintain a centralized and organized archive of all property-related legal documents, records, and communication history.
• Manage and resolve landlord complaints effectively to ensure healthy relationships and uphold the company's representation.
• Ensure that all lease-related financial obligations, including rent and service charges, are handled accurately and on time.
• Conduct day-to-day coordination with landlords during the store development phase to address and resolve construction or utility issues.
• Follow up on internal governance processes, including the preparation of internal memos and official approval requests.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in lease portfolio management or a related real estate leasing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex lease agreements, landlord relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and governance standards.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic retail environment, requiring coordination with various internal departments and external landlords across the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
