The Operations Coordinator Role

HAAN Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and operations activities. The role is suited for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic supply chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and monitor cargo movement to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all documentation, billing, and compliance requirements are accurately completed and maintained.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to track orders and resolve issues.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding shipment status.
• Update internal systems and reports with current operational data.
• Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to optimize logistics processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and service quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or related support role.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
