About Stranger Soccer and the Role

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and seeks an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about football and community building. The position offers a performance-driven opportunity to establish and operate a local football community.

Role Purpose

This role involves building and operating a local football initiative, making football more accessible within Jeddah. It is suited for entrepreneurial individuals focused on creating a lasting impact on the local football community. The Operator & License Owner will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Jeddah, shaping local operations while benefiting from the company's established systems and support.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah.
Establish partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
Recruit, coordinate, and provide support to Official Hosts and local team members.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract players and foster community growth.
Oversee game operations to ensure a positive player experience.
Identify and pursue opportunities for improving and expanding local operations.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Experience in managing operations and achieving measurable results.
Background in operations, community management, or customer experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Headquarters Support

The Operator & License Owner will receive comprehensive support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters. This includes access to a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, along with proven operating systems and processes. Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies will also be provided, allowing the individual to benefit from an established international brand.
