About the Role

Black Tie Consultancy is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join a leading technology and consulting organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an individual capable of independently managing configuration and client workshops while collaborating effectively within a broader project team.

Role Overview

The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will lead the functional aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM projects. This involves engaging directly with clients to understand requirements, configure modules, and ensure smooth project execution from testing through to go-live and client handover. The consultant will serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding process functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops for Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules according to client specifications.
• Provide support during the testing phases of projects.
• Facilitate successful go-live transitions for clients.
• Manage client handover processes post-implementation.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants and project managers.
• Act as the primary functional expert for clients, addressing process-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to run configuration and client workshops independently.
• Experience working effectively within a larger project team.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will work as part of a project team, interacting with both technical consultants and project managers, and directly with clients.
