About the Role

Tesla is seeking a Parts Advisor to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role supports service operations by providing essential parts assistance to Service Centers and Mobile Service teams. The Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery for Tesla's vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including sourcing and allocating parts to meet service commitments.
• Perform receiving, picking, and shipping tasks for parts.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of all incoming parts and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely parts availability.
• Review service jobs and plan parts logistics accordingly.
• Maintain clear communication with local Service teams and suppliers to facilitate a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably within the automotive industry.
• A genuine interest in cars and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to various shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
• Possession of a full and valid GCC driver’s license.

Experience Level

This role requires 0-1 years of relevant experience.
