About Taibah Gifts and the Role

Taibah Gifts (هدايا طيبة), a company based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production & Manufacturing Manager for a full-time position. This role is responsible for identifying company and factory needs for products and raw materials, overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations both locally and internationally, and ensuring seamless coordination to secure all production inputs. The manager will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards, technical accuracy, and full compliance with timelines and regulatory requirements across all production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure continuous provision of raw materials and manufacturing supplies, meeting required quality, quantities, and timelines.
• Supervise all product manufacturing processes within the company’s factory and external facilities, both local and international, to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
• Conduct on-site follow-ups across all production stages to ensure strict adherence to approved plans and technical specifications.
• Track raw material movement and availability in warehouses, in coordination with procurement, to prevent any production downtime.
• Develop strategic and operational production plans and ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Team to enhance and update manufacturing processes, transforming concepts into high-quality, production-ready products.
• Implement rigorous quality standards across all manufacturing phases while minimizing material waste and optimizing cost efficiency.
• Ensure all products and materials meet regulatory and governmental requirements, and oversee equipment maintenance and factory safety procedures.
• Lead and guide the production team, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Maintain effective communication between procurement, warehouses, design, and sales to ensure smooth product workflow.
• Prepare detailed production and operational reports covering progress rates and material consumption for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10+ years in managing production lines, manufacturing operations, and supply chain coordination, both locally and internationally.
• Prior experience in retail, gift manufacturing, or souvenir production is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Odoo.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with production management tools.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written) for effective communication with suppliers and manufacturers.

Essential Competencies

• Exceptional attention to detail, product finishing, and technical accuracy.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet strict delivery deadlines.
