About the Role

Tractebel is seeking an experienced Project Manager Site (Saudi National) to provide strategic oversight and leadership for its civil engineering program. This full-time role is based in Makkah and Jeddah, focusing on the development and successful execution of diverse civil engineering projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing strategic direction and ensuring the successful implementation of various initiatives within the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project's strategic vision, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with Tractebel's overall mission and business strategy.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and professionals, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of various civil engineering initiatives, maintaining adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies for project success.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, tracking key metrics and milestones, and providing regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation within the program.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification within the civil engineering sector, and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging market trends.

Required Qualifications

• A proven track record in a senior leadership role within the civil engineering industry, demonstrating extensive experience in program management and project delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and best practices in infrastructure development and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and business development within the civil engineering sector.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving program objectives and delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for project management, data analysis, and reporting.

Experience Profile

• Experience working with well-known consulting companies or government agencies.
• Technical expertise in the field of implementing infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm and rainwater drainage channels, and city development programs.

This is a full-time position for a Saudi National, based in the cities of Makkah and Jeddah.
